Financial
Wooster Dental Care does not participate in any insurance PPO Networks nor are we contracted with any insurance companies. Wooster Dental Care is does not accept any discount plans. We will be more than happy to submit all insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your dental benefits, however deductibles and estimated portions are due at the time of service. Any estimated portions you pay at the time of treatment will be based on the information obtained from your insurance. Remember that our fees and the insurance fee schedule are not the same. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment that are accepted by the office are check, cash, and credit cards, (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). We also accept Care Credit. Care Credit gives you the flexibility and convenience when managing your family's out of pocket health care expenses. Please visit our homepage to apply for Care Credit.
Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
